WOD Spring Training Camp

Where: Camp Ak-O-Mak, Ahmic Harbour
Who: EArly LTAD and developing Sprint canoe and kayak paddlers from Western Ontario Division and Eastern Ontario Division clubs. Age range is 14 to 17yrs. This camp is not aimed at athletes who attended the Tampa training camp

2015 Pan Am Games Mascot Contest

Mari Ellery, Paddle All and Bantam Coach at Balmy Beach Canoe Club is also a teacher and to motivate students about the Pan Am and Para Pan Am Games, she entered half her school into the Mascot Challenge! One of her mascots have qualified as the top 6 in Canada and now the voting has begun. Help support Mari by voting for the Mascot, Porcupine. The pictures show the original created by the team of four and then the professional cartoonists impression. Voting takes place for 14 days, Vote at: http://www.toronto2015mascot.ca/ or facebook.com/toronto2015. Voting can only be done once a day and from only one email address – April 22 – May 5, 2013.
U15 PFD Requirement

To all Coaches/Commodores etc.
After a discussion with CKC and the OCSRA, all U15 Competitors/Athletes will be required to wear PFD during competitions and all related activities , whether the athletes are first year or second year.
Please ensure that your Coaches and Athletes are made aware and are following this rule/decision.
This requirement is being followed by EOD as well.
